£50,000-worth of drugs seized after Cannock and Lichfield dealer is jailed
Walsall man sentenced following investigation into drug supply offences
Approximately £50,000-worth of heroin and crack cocaine has been confiscated in Cannock and Lichfield following the sentencing of 41-year-old Mohammed Rahman from Walsall.
Rahman was sentenced to five-years-and-six-months at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court on 29th May after he pleaded guilty to multiple drug supply charges.
During the court hearing, Rahman admitted to three counts of being concerned in the supply of heroin and two counts in relation to crack cocaine.
He also faced charges of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of class A for both heroin and crack cocaine.
Drug Operation Targeting Staffordshire Areas
Rahman had orchestrated a drugs line that targeted buyers in Cannock, Lichfield, Burntwood, and Rugeley, according to law enforcement.
His arrest came after officers from the major and organised crime proactive team arrived at his residence last September.
Prior to this, Rahman had previously been arrested and released under investigation for drug supply offences.
Police Urge Community Reporting

Authorities encourage residents to report drug dealing and gang-related activity to help gather evidence to prosecute offenders.
To report such activity, individuals can call 101, use Live Chat on the police website, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously at 0800 555 111.
