Police in Lichfield found over £75000 worth of drugs and £12500 in cash after two men were arrested yesterday (24th June).

A 32-year old from Lichfield and a 29-year-old from Dudley were arrested on suspicion of being concerned with supplying Class A drugs, after police stopped a car in the area.

Cocaine and a mobile phone were found in the car.

A house in Dudley was then searched after the arrest, this is where officers found drugs and cash.

A 32-year-old woman was also arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a class A drug after the search.

All three will be questioned in custody, a Staffordshire police spokesperson said.
