Crewe Police are investigating an incident at Webb House and have issued a dispersal order in the Victoria Avenue area to prevent crime and disorder.

The police clarified that the incident is unrelated to any previous investigations and further comments will be withheld as enquiries continue.

The dispersal order was enacted as the police yesterday (31 May), identified reasonable grounds to reduce the risk of public harassment, alarm, and distress.

Peaceful protests are underway, but authorities are prepared to act against disruptions or disorderly conduct.

Individuals causing disruption may be asked to leave the area and could face dispersal.

Police emphasise that anyone directed to leave by officers must comply promptly.

Crewe Police assures vigilance during the situation to maintain public safety.
