Woman dies and others seriously injured after Congleton collision

A woman from Chell has died following a serious crash in Congleton.
A car collided with a parked car near to Little Moreton Hall on 1 May.
Three people have been seriously injured and one died at the scene.
A Cheshire Police spokesperson said "At 9.55pm on Friday 1 May a black Audi was traveling along Newcastle Road towards Congleton when it left the carriageway near to Little Moreton Hall and collided with a silver Range Rover parked in a layby.
"Three of the occupants from the Audi were taken to hospital with serious injuries. A fourth passenger, a 20-year-old woman from the Chell area, sadly died at the scene.
"One occupant of the Range Rover also received hospital treatment."
Officers are now appealing for anyone with information or dashcam footage of the collision to call 101 quoting IML 2320247.
