Man charged following indecent exposure incident in Middlewich

A 50-year-old man has been charged following reports of indecent exposures in Middlewich.

Christopher Higgins was arrested on Thursday (22nd January) after officers received reports that a man was exposing himself on Holmes Chapel Road, Middlewich.

He's been charged with:

• outraging public decency
• two counts of exposure

He's been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Crown Court on 23rd February.
