25 people charged following religious group raids in Crewe
They've been charged with public order offences

25 people have been charged with public order offences after police raids involving more than 500 officers in Crewe on 29 April.
Officers raided three properties following serious allegations alleged to have involved members of a religious group called the Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light.
25 individuals were arrested for public order offences inside the properties.
They've now been charged and include:
- Mammadagha Abdullayer, 35, of Timbrell Avenue, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – Azerbaijan)
- Raimah Batul, 18, of Webb House, Crewe, was charged with assault by beating of an emergency worker (Nationality – British)
- Laure Delogne, 31, of Underwood Lane, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – Belgium)
- Tahani A Hashem, 27, of Webb House, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – British)
- Maryham Marfoug, 32, of Gresty Road, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – Morocco)
- Dareem Charles, 36, of Redwood Drive, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – Tobago)
- Jahmeel Musa, 32, of Redwood Drive, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – British)
- Aydin Onur, 36, of Webb House, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – Germany)
- Gustavio Ruiz-Quinteros, 34, of Webb House, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – American)
- Soufiane Ben Abdeslam, 32, of Nantwich Road, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable and assault of an emergency worker (Nationality – Belgium)
- Ahmed Elhaouss, 20, of Redwood Drive, Crewe, was charged with assaulting a constable (Nationality – France)
- Rad El-Kanami, 47, of Webb House, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – Iraq)
- Ramazan Demirovic, 59, of Richard Street, Crewe, was charged with assaulting a constable (Nationality – American)
- Hussein Khadum, 18, of Webb House, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – Sweden)
- Diniy Sisyam, 19, of Webb House, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – Malaysia)
- Mohammad Hiary, 32, of Webb House, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – Jordan)
- Hatem Sider, 42, of Wandon Road, London, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – British)
- Marc Ferreira, 38, of Webb House, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – France)
- Hamidreza Saghari, 39, of Webb House, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – Iran)
- Sarah Batul, 32, of Badger Avenue, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – British)
- Raimah Batul, 18, Webb House, Crewe, was charged with assaulting a constable (Nationality – British)
- Taymour Elalfy, 37, of Webb House, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable(Nationality – Egypt)
- Alireza Khatib Haghighi, 40, of Webb House, Crewe, was charged with obstructing a constable (Nationality – Iran)
- Mohamed Ayob, 38, of Webb House, Crewe, was charged with assaulting a constable (Nationality – Egypt)
- Myrah Hashem, 27, of Blount Close, Crewe, was charged with failing to comply with a section 35 direction excluding a person from an area (Nationality – British)
The raids
The properties raided include the Ahmadi Religion of Peace and Light's HQ, Webb House, which houses 150 members of the religious community.
The two other properties include in Nantwich Road and Badger Avenue, Crewe.
Six men and three women of American, Mexican, Italian, Spanish, Swedish and Egyptian nationalities were arrested at that time for serious offences relating to the allegations.
