Two teenagers have been arrested after four people suffered stab wounds during disorder involving a group of youths in Tenby.

Dyfed-Powys Police said a 16-year-old and a 19-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of assault with intent and were in custody.

In a statement, police said officers were called to reports of “serious disorder” at Tenby railway station around 9.50pm on Tuesday.

They said the stab wounds sustained by four youths were not life-threatening.

The statement said: “We understand an incident of this nature will cause concern, and there will be an increased police presence in the area to provide reassurance.”

Anyone with any information which could help the police investigation is asked to contact British Transport Police, who are leading enquiries.
