Witnesses sought after serious motorbike collision in Swaythling
Appeal for dash cam and CCTV footage following crash
Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision involving a motorbike in Swaythling, which occurred in the early hours of 20th June 2026.
The incident took place at 1.01am when a silver Nissan Qashqai and a motorbike collided on Mansbridge Road, near its junction with Octavia Road.
The motorcyclist, a 20-year-old man, sustained serious and life-threatening injuries and is currently receiving treatment in hospital.

Officers continue to conduct enquiries into the collision and are seeking assistance from anyone who may have witnessed the incident, captured it on dash cam, or has relevant CCTV footage from the area.
