Man seriously injured in Portsmouth collision

A man has suffered serious injuries in a collision in Portsmouth.
It happened on the northbound carriageway of the A2030 Eastern Road between the Shell garage and Sainsburys just before 11am on Saturday (25 July).
The collision involved a black Triumph Street Triple motorbike and a silver Ford S-Max.
The motorcyclist, a 51-year-old man, is being treated for serious injuries.
Police are appealing for witnesses and information. A spokesperson for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Police said: "Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision or saw the car or motorbike in the area before it happened.
"They’d also like to speak to anyone with a dashcam fitted to their vehicle who might have recorded the incident or the moments leading up to it."
