Police are seeking witnesses to a suspected sexual assault in Taunton.

A man approached a woman from behind in South Street and inappropriately touched her on Friday 31 January at around 4pm.

A 43-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault.

He has since been release on police bail and enquiries are ongoing.
