A number of roads in Bath city centre have been closed after a sink hole appeared.

Avon and Somerset Police say a minor underground explosion happened in High Street around 5pm on Wednesday 24 June.

No injuries have been reported, and emergency services say the blast was not connected to a gas leak.

A 15m cordon covers High Street, Bridge Street, Orange Grove, Bog Island and North Parade.
