Police appeal after man assaulted in Taunton

Avon and Somerset police are appealing for witnesses after a man was punched to the face in Taunton.

The victim was left with a minor facial injury in Duke Street on Tuesday 25th March.

A man aged in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of assault by beating.

He has since been released on police bail while the investigation continues.
