Person dies after collision in Clevedon

A person has died after a collision in Clevedon.

Police were called to Court Lane shortly before six fifteen after a report of a single vehicle collision.

A passenger in the Skoda Octavia died at the scene - Officers are now appealing for any witnesses to come forward.

The police stated:

"Sadly, despite the efforts of emergency services at the scene, a passenger in the car died at the scene. Our thoughts are with their family at this time and they are being supported by a specially-trained family liaison officer."
