More than 1-million people have now seen CCTV images of sauna theft from Dart's Farm
The owners of the farm shop business hope the social media post will lead to the stolen item being recovered
Devon farm shop Dart's Farm says they've had reports of a stolen wood fire sauna being driven up the A303 - after they posted CCTV footage of the theft online.
Police say they're investigating and George Dart says the CCTV footage has now been viewed more than a million times.
The eight-person Oslo-style wood-fired sauna was stolen soon after it arrived ahead of next weekend's Summer Festival.
George Dart said: "We're absolutely devasted and owner Jimmy is obviously gutted as it's his dream and life savings that have gone into it, to start this new business.
"We were just looking forward to being able to share that with all the people that are coming to the festival."
It's absolutely mind blowing.
"It was a time of day where there were people in the car park, when we've got staff in. It was just before we opened but it's not like they came in the middle of the night.
"It was so brazen, they drove straight in and jumped out the van. I was completely shocked.
"Because it's distinctive and not an easy thing to hide we just thought we need to share this far and wide. We put a video up, which is now up to a million hits.
"We've had loads of amazing people comments, people saying they've seen it on the A303, or go past their house.
"Loads of people noticed it. It's such a stunning sauna so if you pull up at traffic lights you are going to see it - you are going to notice it."
George says he hopes the item will either be returned or left where it can be found thanks to the post - as he welcomes the police investigation.
A spokesperson for Devon & Cornwall Police said: "Police are investigating the theft of sauna from Darts Farm Shopping Village in Clyst St George, Exeter, which happened on 2 May.
"Police enquiries are currently ongoing into the incident.
