Men in Burnham-on-Sea charged with burglary and theft offences
Court proceedings begin for three men involved in theft and burglary cases
Three men have appeared in court following charges of burglary and theft in Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge.
Christopher Rost-Aldridge, a 36-year-old from Farm Street, Highbridge, Andrei McLanaghan, a 32-year-old from Church Street, Highbridge, and Callum Moxey, aged 36 with no fixed abode, faced legal action at North Somerset Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 8th September.
Rost-Aldridge has been charged with multiple offences including two counts of burglary with theft, two counts of theft, dwelling burglary with intent to steal, and attempted burglary and theft. He is also accused of breaching an existing Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).
Callum Moxey's charges include burglary with intent to steal, while Andrei McLanaghan faces charges of attempted burglary with intent to steal and burglary with theft.
These charges are related to a series of burglaries and thefts that occurred between 13th June and 6th September at various businesses in the local area.
Moxey and McLanaghan have been bailed until their next court appearance on 17th November. Rost-Aldridge remains in custody pending his next hearing scheduled for 16th September.
