M5 in Somerset reopen following "serious collision"

The M5 in Somerset has reopened following a serious collision.

The road was closed southbound between J24 at Bridgwater and J25 at Taunton following the collision yesterday (Wednesday 26 February).

National Highways are thanking road users for their patience.

A diversion was in place on Wednesday evening.
