It's meant all local roads, including the A371, have reopened to traffic.
The blaze, which broke out early Tuesday morning, caused significant damage to several businesses on the estate.
White Noise Studios, a well-known rehearsal and recording venue for musicians, has been reportedly destroyed in the fire.
An MOT car garage nearby also apparently suffered heavy losses, leaving business owners to assess the aftermath and begin recovery efforts.
Residents and businesses had been advised to keep windows and doors closed as crews worked to bring the fire under control and thick smoke drifted across the area.
Emergency services have thanked the public for their patience and cooperation during the disruption.
While firefighters are no longer permanently on site, crews may return throughout the evening and overnight to check for hotspots or signs of reignition to ensure the fire remains fully contained.
