Cash stolen in burglary from South Petherton ATM
A building on St James Street was broken into for the theft
Cash has been stolen from an ATM in South Petherton, with a police investigation underway.
A building on St James Street was broken into at around 1.40am on Monday (12th May), for the theft to take place.
Avon and Somerset Police officers arrived ten minutes after the initial call and found entry had been forced.
Crime scene investigators have been working to establish the circumstances, with local CCTV also checked.
In a statement, Avon and Somerset Police said: "Work to identify the people responsible is continuing.
