A Melksham woman's been sentenced, after riding an e-motorbike carelessly, without a helmet on, during a police pursuit in the town.

21 year old Natalia Burke from Queensway reacted to a police motorbike in July 2024, and was chased down Spa Road, Coronation Road and into Milton Avenue.

She crashed the bike into a wall before making off on foot.

Wiltshire Police have released a video of the incident following her court appearance:

She's been sentenced to a 12 month community order, including 80 hours of unpaid work.
