Police in Wiltshire are issuing a call for us to adhere to speed limits on the county's roads after catching nearly 1,500 people speeding in March.

It's a rise of over 400 people caught versus February, as enforcement intensified throughout the month, and has prompted calls for care on the road.

The Force says every time we drive above a speed limit, it puts lives at risk, with officers urging us to watch our speed behind the wheel.

The organisation insists it will continue to target people driving dangerously on our roads in a bid to protect communities, with offenders facing educational courses, fines and penalty points or even court appearances for their law breaking.
