Three teenagers arrested after assault at Salisbury taxi rank
Police say the incident happened at approximately 11.15pm on Monday (6 July)
Three teenagers have been arrested after a man and woman were attacked at a taxi rank in Salisbury.
Wiltshire Police said at around 11.15pm on July 6, a man and a woman aged in their 40s, were followed to the taxi rank by a group of youths who assaulted them.
The force added that the victims were injured after getting inside the taxi and being further assaulted by the group of youths.
A 13-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon, criminal damage and affray, a 16-year-old girl has been arrested on suspicion of ABH and affray and a 16-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of threats to kill.
Two of the youths remain in custody and one has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "We are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who may have footage of what happened."
