A 16 year old boy has been charged with sexual offences, following an incident involving a girl under 13 in Chippenham.
The teenager's accused of rape, sexual assault by touching and causing or inciting a girl to engage in sexual activity.
He's due to appear in court today.
Wiltshire Police confirmed: "A 16-year-old boy has been charged with rape, sexual assault by touching and causing or inciting a girl to engage in sexual activity following an incident involving a girl under 13 in Chippenham.
"He is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court this morning (08/07)."
