Sexual assault investigated by police in Calne

A woman was kissed several times by an unknown man

A woman's been kissed several times on her forehead and hand in Calne, with police treating it as a sexual assault.

The victim had approached a man in Curzon Street, near Springfield Drive, just before 8.00pm last Saturday night (18th January).

She had been concerned for his welfare, after being spotted trying car door handles.

The suspect is described as:

  • White
  • Aged in his early 20s
  • Around 5 feet 7 inches tall
  • Short dark hair
  • Some stubble
  • Wearing a full camouflage tracksuit

Officers want to hear from anyone with information, especially those with home CCTV or dashcam footage that could help with enquiries.
