Two Salisbury schools have seen their girls and boys tennis teams crowned the South West's best.

The South Wilts and Bishop Wordsworth players came out on top in the regional LTA Championships, held at Bath University on Thursday (13th March).

Evie, Maria, Sophie, Jiselle and Cameryn were on the triumphant girls side and have been praised by their Joint Head of PE, Miss Weir:

"It is down to our students’ commitment, effort and determination as well as all the hard work from Victoria Park Community Tennis, Downton Tennis Club, Riverside Tennis Club, Salisbury Lawn Tennis Club and Andover Lawn Tennis Club.

"It was a wonderful experience for the girls, and it will give them memories that will last a lifetime."
