Salisbury man charged with two historical serious sexual assaults

A Salisbury man will appear in court charged with two counts of serious sexual assault after being extradited from Spain.
35 year old Scott McKenzie was arrested in Barcelona in December 2024 before being returned to the UK to face charges.
Mr McKenzie, formerly of Gainsborough Close, is due to appear in Court on 20th April.
McKenzie has been charged with raping and assaulting a woman in Catherine Street, Salisbury, in December 2020.
He is also accused of assaulting and raping a woman in Prague, Czech Republic, in May 2023.
McKenzie has been remanded in custody until the trial at Winchester Crown Court.
