Race for Men is to return its biggest event to date in Salisbury on Sunday May 28th and includes a new route.

The event seeks to raise money for the Stars Appeal Prostate cancer fund and will be held at Hudson’s Field.

Alongside the usual, 3k, 10k and half marathon routes, a new 5km run has been included for 2023.

Also new for 2023 is a football tournament in the afternoon, as well as live music from local bands, including The Deloreons, Signature Vision and Disco Dion.

Organiser Toby Giles said: “Race For Men is not only about the money that goes to the hospital, it’s about keeping prostate cancer in the public eye so we can find a cure.”

Mr Giles father was diagnosed with prostate cancer, explaining: “His early diagnosis, and amazing treatment helped to give him the all-clear.”
