Motorcyclist dies on A303 near Charnage
It's after a car collided with thiree motorbikes yesterday morning
Police are appealing for witnesses, after a road traffic collision involving four vehicles on the A303, near Charnage, yesterday morning (29/06).
At around 10.30am, a Citroen C5 was travelling east along the single carriageway section of the A303, when it collided with three motorcycles.
The rider of one of those motorcycles, a man in his 60s, was declared dead at the scene.
A second motorcyclist sustained life changing injuries and the third was uninjured.
A man in his 60s has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, causing serious injury by dangerous driving and drug driving. He remains in custody.
