A man has been charged after a serious incident in Salisbury on Saturday (February 7th) evening.

Michael Sheehan, 31, of Harnham Road in Salisbury, faces charges of section 18 grievous bodily harm and engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour.

Sheehan appeared at Swindon Magistrates’ Court yesterday (February 9th) morning, where he was remanded into custody.

He is due to appear at Salisbury Crown Court on 11th March.
