Man charged after affray in Westbury

A 21 year-old man has been charged, in connection with a disturbance at the Westbury Conservative Club, in the early hours of Sunday (16/08).

Jordan Bingham, of no fixed abode, has been charged with Section 18 Grievous Bodily Harm and possession of a bladed article.

He has been remanded into custody, to appear before Salisbury Crown Court on 16th September.

This follows an incident at Westbury Conservative Club, during which a 24 year-old woman sustained a knife wound, which was not life threatening.
