Man arrested in Trowbridge cannabis farm investigation

Police discover large quantity of cannabis plants at old bank site

A 48-year-old man from Trowbridge has been arrested on suspicion of involvement in the cultivation and supply of cannabis.

Police executed a warrant at the former Barclays Bank premises on Fore Street at around 3:30 pm on 7th March.

Officers discovered a substantial quantity of cannabis plants during their search.

The arrested man is currently in custody for questioning regarding the matter.

A police cordon remains in place at the site.
