Melksham man appears in court charged with domestic abuse offences
James Porter faces charges of intentional strangulation, stalking and controlling/coercive behaviour.
39 year-old James Porter, of Church Walk, appeared at Salisbury Magistrates Court on July 24 charged with two counts of intentional strangulation, stalking involving fear of violence and engaging in controlling and coercive behaviour.
Porter has been remanded in custody and will appear at Swindon Magistrates Court on Thursday July 31st.
