Four people remain in custody - after two warrants were carried out in Eldene, and discovered large amounts of cocaine, phones, cash and a 'small amount of cannabis'.
Three men in their 30s and 40s, and a woman in her 50s, were arrested yesterday (14/01) following the morning warrant by police and the dogs unit.
Officers say community intelligence is 'vital' in rooting out local crime.
In their post yesterday, officers said: "Four people are in custody following two successful warrants in Eldene this morning (14/01).
At around 9.30am, officers from the Swindon North, East and Rural NPT in conjunction with Armed Response and the Dogs unit executed simultaneous warrants in Bowleymead and Kennedy Drive, seizing a large amount of what is thought to be crack cocaine, as well as phones, cash and a small amount of cannabis.
Three men aged in their 30s and 40s, and a woman in her 50s, were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
One of the men was also arrested on suspicion of possession of a Class A and B drug.
They have been taken into custody for questioning."
Leading the operation was PC Carty from the North, East and Rural NPT, who said: “This was a very successful morning which has seen Class A and B drugs taken off our streets.
“Four people have also been arrested in connection with it and will now be questioned in custody.
“Community intelligence is vital in allowing us to conduct operations like this. We need to hear from the public as much as possible to enable us to build a full picture of what is going in within communities.
“If you have any information, no matter how important, please report it to us via our website or on 101.”
