Salisbury District Hospital is under pressure with rising cases of COVID and flu.

They're asking everyone to do their bit by getting their flu and COVID-19 jabs if they can.

Also recommended is staying at home if you feel unwell, especially with a fever or cough, and avoiding visits to hospitals or care homes when you have respiratory symptoms.

If you're unsure about what to do concerning your health, remember NHS 111 is there for help online or by phone.

To help stop the spread, keep washing your hands, cover your mouth when you cough or sneeze, dispose of tissues properly, and ventilate rooms.

Booking a vaccine appointment is easy on the NHS website and it's the best way to protect yourself and help take pressure off the NHS.
