Woman charged after death of 64-year-old in A350 crash
Ayan Kolah will stand trial in Swindon Crown Court
A person has been charged in relation to a fatal crash on the A350 in Lacock.
Ayan Kolah, 38, from Lowden, Chippenham, is facing charges of causing death by driving without due care and attention and failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
She pleaded not guilty to both charges at Swindon Crown Court on 18th February.
The incident involved the death of a 64-year-old man which took place on the morning of 20th January.
Her trial is scheduled for 4th January 2027 at Swindon Crown Court.
