Disqualified driver from Chippenham caught driving without insurance
Timothy Klukowski sentenced at Salisbury Magistrates Court
A 64-year-old man from Chippenham has been sentenced after being caught behind the wheel in Bromham whilst disqualified and uninsured.
On 27th July 2025, officers from the Roads Policing Unit were on patrol on the A342 when they spotted a Renault Master panel van being driven by 64-year-old Timothy Klukowski.
Upon stopping the vehicle, officers discovered that Klukowski, of Redland, Chippenham, was disqualified from driving and did not have valid insurance for the vehicle. He was reported for the offences, and his van was seized at the scene.
Klukowski appeared at Salisbury Magistrates Court today (23rd January), where he pleaded guilty to the charges.
The court handed him a further six-month driving disqualification, a £120 fine, a £48 victim surcharge, and ordered him to pay £85 in CPS costs.
