Burglary at waste site in Compton Bassett

Police are appealing for information, after a burglary and criminal damage in Compton Bassett.

At approximately 5.50pm on April 25, numerous buildings on the site of Hills Waste in Old Camp Sandpit, Compton Bassett, were broken into, including an office and canteen.

The offender has then gone around the site causing damage including smashing windows, letting off fire extinguishers, and causing damage to furniture.

The suspect is believed to have been wearing all black, with a balaclava covering his face.

Offocers are keen to hear from anyone who may have further information in connection with the incident.
