B3108 closed as railway bridge struck at Stokeford Bridge

The B3108 is closed at Stokeford Bridge this morning (2/4) after the railway bridge was struck.

Police say Network Rail have been informed - and they expect it to cause travel disruption.

People are being told find alternative routes.

Bradford on Avon Police said on Facebook: "The B3108 is closed at Stokeford Bridge, Limpley Stoke, after the railway bridge has been struck.

"Network Rail have been informed.

"We expect this to cause traffic and rail disruption this morning.

"Please seek alternative routes."
