Two men sought after Plymouth knifepoint robbery attempt

Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage, after an attempted knifepoint robbery, in Plymouth.
It happened outside Hyde Park Social Club, on Langhill Road, at around 11.10pm, on Thursday 7 August.
Two men approached a couple, who were sat in a parked car, outside the venue. One suspect reached into the vehicle and attempted to steal belongings, while the second produced a knife and demanded money.
The male victim was able to raise the car window and the suspects kicked and punched the car, before leaving the scene empty-handed.
Officers are investigating and are seeking two suspects, both described as white men, in their 20s.
One man was approximately 5ft 9ins tall, of slim build and unkempt appearance, with untidy hair and facial hair. The second was around 6ft tall, also of slim build and he was wearing a blue top.
Officers are particularly keen to hear from anyone with dashcam footage, showing the suspects in the area, before or after the incident.
Motorists travelling along Langhill Road, or nearby Hyde Park Road, between 10.45pm and 11.15pm on 7 August, are asked to check their recordings.
