Oxford United has confirmed a series of changes to its Board, marking a new phase in the Club’s leadership structure with the appointment of two new directors and a change in Chair.

Rudi Laksmana and Dusan Bogdanovic have officially joined the Club’s Board with immediate effect. In a significant leadership update, Bogdanovic has been named the new Chair, taking over from Grant Ferguson.

The Club said the changes reflect its ongoing commitment to strengthening governance, enhancing strategic planning, and supporting long-term development both on and off the pitch.

After serving four years as Chairman, Grant Ferguson will step down from the role but will remain on the Board. The Club acknowledged his contribution during a period of steady progress, thanking him for his leadership and dedication throughout his tenure.

Dusan Bogdanovic brings extensive experience from senior executive and board roles across professional sport, and his appointment is seen as a key step in supporting Oxford United’s continued football and organisational development. Alongside him, Rudi Laksmana’s addition is intended to further strengthen the Board’s strategic capabilities.

Following these changes, the Oxford United Board will comprise Anindya Bakrie, Grant Ferguson, Rudi Bogdanovic (Chair), Rudi Laksmana, and Sumrith “Tiger” Thanakarnjanasuth.
