E-fit released as police in Bicester investigate indecent exposure report
It's thought a woman was targeted in November last year
Thames Valley Police has released an e-fit image in connection with an investigation into an indecent exposure in Bicester.
At around 10.45pm on Thursday 27 November 2025, a man indecently exposed himself to the victim, a woman in her twenties, at a bus stop on Oxford Road.
The offender, depicted in the e-fit, is described as a white man, aged in his thirties, around 5ft 10ins to 6ft tall with a dark beard.
At the time of the offence, he was wearing a black Parka coat, black jeans, black trainers and a black beanie hat.
Police staff investigator Tracey Wilkinson said: “We are appealing for anyone who recognises the man in the e-fit to come forward.
“Additionally, if anyone has any further information or witnessed this incident, we would also ask them to get in touch.
