Peep O Day Lane exposure sparks police appeal
Thames Valley Police are urging any witnesses to contact them
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man exposed himself on Peep O Day Lane in Abingdon.
Officers say the incident happened in the early hours of Tuesday morning (7th October).
A Thames Valley police spokesperson said, "Between 5.15am and 5.45am on Tuesday (7/10), a man was seen exposing himself on Peep O Day Lane.
"The offender is described as a white man of medium build."
The investigating officer, PC Charlotte Highsmith, said: “I am appealing to anybody who witnessed this incident or may have information that could assist in our investigation to contact Thames Valley Police.
“I am also appealing to anyone else who may have been in the area, walking along this lane or anyone nearby with CCTV or door-cam footage.
“Anyone with information can call 101 or make report via our website, quoting reference number 43250511133.
“Alternatively, for anonymity, you can call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
“All reports of exposure offences are dealt with seriously and robustly by police. If you witness an indecent exposure, you should call us immediately on 999.”
