Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident involving theft and criminal damage in Wollaston.

The offence occurred on Irchester Road, between Tuesday, 23rd June, and Saturday, 27th June.

A Cessna 182 aircraft was targeted while it was parked at the site, where damage was discovered to its instruments, flight controls, and internal cabling.

Additionally, a radio, headliner from the roof of the aircraft, and Bose headphones were stolen.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the area during the time period, or who might have information that could assist with their enquiries.

Anyone who witnessed anything or has any relevant information is urged to contact Northamptonshire Police on 101.
