Witnesses sought after motorcyclist injured in collision on A361 at Chipping Warden

Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious traffic collision involving a motorcyclist on the A361 at Chipping Warden.

The incident took place at approximately 2.35pm on Sunday, 17th May, involving a grey SEAT Ibiza and a black Suzuki motorcycle.

As a result of the collision, the motorcyclist, a man in his 60s, was transported to University Hospital Coventry with serious injuries.

Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit are seeking information from anyone who may have been in the vicinity at the time of the accident.

Dash-cam footage may be particularly valuable to the investigation.

A 21-year-old man from Banbury has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injuries by dangerous driving.
