Two teens charged with skate park murder in Northampton

Two 16 year old have been charged with murder following a fatal stabbing at a skate park in Northampton.

20 year old Mason Miller died following an altercation in Briar Hill Skate Park on Wednesday, February 18. A 17-year-old boy received life-threatening injuries in the same incident.

A 40-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender earlier this week, has been released on bail pending further enquiries.

The two boys who can’t been named due to their age will appear at Northampton Magistrates’ Court today (6 March).

Detectives continue to ask for anyone with information about the incident to contact them.
