Northamptonshire Police are appealing for assistance in identifying a man linked to a public order incident in Rushden.
The incident occurred around 7pm on Tuesday, 26th May at the junction of Park Road and Newton Road.
A man reportedly shouted towards a female driver waiting at the junction and proceeded to engage in inappropriate behaviour.
Police believe the individual captured in CCTV footage may hold valuable information that could aid their investigation.
The authorities are urging the man to come forward or requesting anyone who recognises him to contact them.
