Police seek witnesses after cash box stolen in Northampton burglary

Northamptonshire Police are appealing for witnesses following a commercial burglary in the town centre.

The incident took place on Thursday, December 11, between 4:30am and 5:15am at Warhammer on St Giles Street.

Two males on a moped reportedly smashed the front door with a brick to gain entry and stole a cash box.

Officers are asking anyone who saw two males riding a moped in Northampton town centre at the time, or who may have relevant dash-cam or mobile phone footage, to come forward.

The suspects were described as wearing dark clothing.
