Police seek dog walkers following knife attack in Northampton

Officers appeal for witnesses after a man was stabbed in Barrack Road

Detectives are urging two dog walkers who may have witnessed a serious stabbing in Northampton to come forward.

A man in his 20s was attacked and sustained stab wounds on Barrack Road at around 9.35pm on Saturday, 11th April.

Fortunately, his injuries were not life-threatening or life-changing, and he was taken to hospital for treatment.

The dog walkers spoke with the victim shortly after the incident, and officers are hoping they can provide crucial information.

Northamptonshire Police are asking for anyone who witnessed the incident or has potential evidence, such as CCTV or dash-cam footage, to get in touch.
