Police make arrest in relation to incidents at Daventry country park
Neighbourhood policing officers will be putting on extra patrols in the area of Daventry country park over the next few days
A man has been arrested in connection with two incidents that have taken place at Daventry country park.
Police say the incidents happened on Monday (13 April 2026) between 3pm and 4.30pm, when a man approached two women in suspicious circumstances.
Officers investigating the incident have arrested a 31-year-old man on suspicion of using threatening/abusive insulting words/behaviour to cause harassment/alarm/distress.
He has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
