Third teen charged with murder of Mason Miller in Northampton
Teen to appear at Northampton Crown Court today
A 17-year-old boy has been charged in connection with the murder of Mason Miller in Northampton.
The 20 year old died following an altercation at Briar Hill Skate Park in February.
A 17-year-old boy also suffered life-threatening injuries during the incident .
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons due to his age, appeared before Northampton Magistrates’ Court yesterday, 23rd June, where he was remanded into custody.
He is set to appear at Northampton Crown Court today, 24th June.
Two 16-year-olds were previously charged with murder and attempted murder and remanded in custody ahead of a trial later this year.
