Police release CCTV image of man linked to violent incident
Northamptonshire Police have released a CCTV image as they seek to locate a man following a serious assault on Greenwood Road, Northampton, which occurred between 6.30pm and 9.30pm on Saturday, 30th May.
The alarming event transpired when the victim, who was in his garden, encountered an unknown man who assaulted his cat.
Upon confronting him, the man violently attacked the victim, punching him and then pulling him to the ground, repeatedly striking his head.
This attack led to significant injuries, necessitating emergency medical attention for the victim.

Police are urging anyone who recognises the individual in the CCTV image or possesses information about the incident to come forward.
